Spritely Model License v1
Effective: October 3, 2026
This license covers the Spritely LoRA files qwen_skelpose_v5.safetensors ("Pose v5") and qwen_animation_sheet_3x2_v5.safetensors ("Sheet v5"), together "the Models". The Models are owned by Red Road Studio, LLC, which operates Spritely (https://spritely.studio). Downloading or using the Models means you accept this license.
1. What you may do
You may download the Models and use them, free of charge, on your own computers and on generation sites where Spritely itself has published them, to make images, sprites and animations.
2. What you may not do
- You may not share, re-upload, sell or give away the Models, or any merge, fine-tune, extraction or other model made from them.
- You may not offer the Models, or anything made from them, as a hosted service, API or feature on any generation platform, free or paid.
- You may not use the Models or their outputs to train or improve a model that competes with Spritely.
- You may not remove or change this license, or the Spritely name, in any copy of the Models.
3. Your outputs
You own the images, sprites and animations you make with the Models. You may use and sell them, including in commercial games and products.
4. Credit
When you publish work made with the Models, credit "Spritely (spritely.studio)" where credits are normally shown.
5. Termination
If you break this license, your rights under it end at once. You must then delete every copy of the Models and anything made from them. Outputs you made before the breach stay yours.
6. Takedowns
Red Road Studio may ask any website or host to remove copies of the Models that break this license. To report a copy, or to ask for permission this license does not give, email aidan@andrsnn.com.
7. Base model
The Models work with Qwen-Image-Edit-2509, a separate work by the Qwen team under the Apache License 2.0. This license does not cover the base model.
8. No warranty
The Models are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Red Road Studio is not liable for any loss or damage from their use.
